Nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy

Interventions
Group A:After induction of anesthesia, dexmedetomidine 0.4 µg/kg was injected intravenously for 15 minutes.
Group B:After induction of anesthesia, dexmedetomidine 0.6 µg/kg was injected intravenously for 15 minutes.
Group C:After anesthesia induction, an equal volume of 0.9% normal saline was intravenously pumped at the same rate and for the same duration.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65 years old; 2.ASA classification I-III; 3.Planned elective laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy; 4.Sign the informed consent form to participate in the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to dexmedetomidine; 2.Presence of bradycardia (heart rate <50 beats/min), sick sinus syndrome, II degree or above atrioventricular block without a pacemaker installed; 3.Severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh class C); 4.Severe renal insufficiency(eGFR<30 ml/min/1.73m^2); 5.Long-term use of opioids or antiemetics; 6.Unable to cooperate with assessment due to mental illness or cognitive impairment; 7.Have used drugs with antiemetic effect within 24 hours before surgery; 8.Combined with other surgeries.
