Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily provide signed informed consent.; Age >= 18 years; 3. Gender: As specified in the study protocol; 4.Adult patients diagnosed with sepsis-associated acute kidney injury (SA-AKI), as confirmed by the Sepsis-3 Definitionand the KDIGO guidelines;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with autoimmune diseases, malignancies, a history of immunosuppressive therapy, or other severe organ failures; 2. Individuals deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for participation in this study.
