Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for colorectal cancer patients: (1) Age: 18-75 years old, no other critical diseases or platelet-related diseases, and no use of platelet-related drugs; (2) Diagnosed with colorectal cancer through colonoscopy and clinicopathological histological examination; (3) None of them have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy or other treatment plans; (4) Voluntary Participation: Subjects must fully understand the research purpose and process, voluntarily participate, and sign the informed consent form. 2. Inclusion criteria for patients with colorectal nodules: (1) Age: 18-75 years old, no other critical diseases or platelet-related diseases, and no use of platelet-related drugs; (2) Diagnosed as colorectal nodules through colonoscopy; 3. HD inclusion criteria: (1) Normal results as shown by colonoscopy; (2) Age: 18 to 75 years old, without any other critical diseases or platelet-related diseases;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age not meeting the inclusion criteria; 2. Combined with other critical diseases and platelet-related diseases, receiving any treatment that affects platelets (such as a history of platelet transfusion and aspirin); 3. Patients with non-primary colorectal cancer; 4. Patients with concurrent or previous concurrent other malignant tumors; 5. Participants deemed unsuitable for this trial by the researchers.
