Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 and above; 2.HCVRNA positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combining serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as severe heart disease, myocardial infarction, or acute cerebral infarction; 2. Merge patients with severe mental illness; 3. Individuals with a history of organ transplantation; 4. The system displays patients who are no longer within the province or have died; 5. Incomplete data, including baseline data, follow-up data, or outcome data, cannot meet the data analysis requirements of this study. 6. Patients with DAA who have failed or relapsed after treatment. 7. MELD score is greater than 18 points. 8. The currently used medication interacts with sofosbuvir/vapatavir. Pregnant women, lactating women, or female patients planning to become pregnant during the study period;Men and women with fertility who are unwilling to use the "effective" contraceptive methods specified in the study plan during the research period; 11. Researchers believe that any other clinical conditions or past treatments that may make participants unsuitable for the study or unable to comply with medication requirements.
