Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 75 years old; 2. Scheduled for elective colonoscopy (for screening or diagnostic purposes); 3. Able to understand and cooperate with the preparation and assessment of the intestinal tract; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance rate < 30 mL/min); 3. Acute abdominal conditions such as intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation or massive gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. Active stage of inflammatory bowel disease; 5. History of previous colectomy surgery; 6. Severe cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction unable to tolerate colonoscopy; 7. Allergic to magnesium sodium potassium chloride solution; 8. Within the past 1 week, undergone intestinal preparation or colonoscopy; 9. Unable to cooperate with the completion of colon hydrotherapy procedures (such as severe hemorrhoids, anal stenosis, etc.).
