Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case Group: Patients diagnosed with NAFLD and hyperlipidemia between 2022 and 2026. Control Group: 1. Age and gender matched with the NAFLD group; 2. No metabolic diseases (BMI <24 kg/m², normal blood lipids, blood glucose, and blood pressure); 3. Normal abdominal ultrasound examination; 4. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case Group: 1. Patients with normal blood lipids; 2. Other liver diseases, such as viral hepatitis (hepatitis B, hepatitis C, etc.), autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver injury, etc.; 3. Severe heart, kidney, or lung dysfunction (NYHA heart function classification III-IV, eGFR <30 ml/min); 4. Malignant tumors, thyroid dysfunction, pregnancy, or lactation; 5. Long-term use of drugs affecting lipid metabolism (such as statins, fibrates, glucocorticoids, etc.); 6. Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months. Control Group: 1. Alcoholic liver disease (alcohol consumption =30g/day for men, =20g/day for women); 2. Other liver diseases, such as viral hepatitis (hepatitis B, hepatitis C, etc.), autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver injury, etc.; 3. Severe heart, kidney, or lung dysfunction (NYHA heart function classification III-IV, eGFR <30 ml/min); 4. Malignant tumors, thyroid dysfunction, pregnancy, or lactation; 5. Long-term use of drugs affecting lipid metabolism (such as statins, fibrates, glucocorticoids, etc.); 6. Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months; 7. Presence of any metabolic abnormalities or chronic diseases.
