16 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 16 years old; 2. Multiple injuries and physiological disorders; 3. ICU stay >= 48 hours; 4. Injury Severity Score (ISS) >= 16 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with burns, pregnant women, and those who left the hospital midway or gave up treatment voluntarily, resulting in incomplete data.
