20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 20 - 70 years old. Patients with central spastic upper limb paralysis caused by stroke or brain trauma, with a medical history of >= 1 year; 2. Modified Ashworth score: Flexion and extension of the elbow, and flexion and extension of the fingers, muscle tone >= 2 grades; flexion and extension of the elbow, and flexion and extension of the fingers, muscle strength >= 3 grades. There is no contracture or fixed rigid deformity in all joints of the limbs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Choreoathetosis; 2. Excessive muscle tone caused by lesions in the extrapyramidal system; 3. Intellectual disability; 4. Previously, a nerve section surgery had been performed.
