Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In the study, the participants had to have resided in the community for at least 6 months; 2. Be able to partially care for themselves in daily life, have a certain foundation for physical activity, and be able to complete simple movement instructions, such as being able to stand independently and walk a certain distance; 3. Have clear consciousness and be able to communicate normally; 4. Give informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study; 5. Have an internal ability score of = 4 points on the Simple Physical Performance Battery (SPPB); 7. Have no severe comprehension, visual, or auditory impairments, and be able to communicate normally and understand instructions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is moderate or higher degree of cognitive impairment (as assessed by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) or the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)); 2. Suffering from severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, acute phase of severe depression), and unable to cooperate in completing the intervention; 3. Having severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, joint and bone diseases, neurological and muscular diseases, etc., and the doctor assesses that such individuals are not suitable for moderate-intensity exercise intervention; 4.Currently participating in other similar cognitive or exercise intervention research projects; 5. Having experienced major events such as fractures, major surgeries, or acute myocardial infarction within the past 3 months.
