Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed acute hip fractures confirmed by imaging and undergoing internal fixation surgery; 2. Age >=60 years old; 3. The doctor's order requires that the affected limb bear no weight or only the toes bear weight on the ground. 4. Have the ability to understand and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have undergone joint replacement surgery; 2. There are contraindications for physical intervention (such as pacemakers, open wounds); 3. VTE existed before enrollment; 4. Currently receiving therapeutic doses of anticoagulants, etc
