Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets WHO diagnostic criteria for female infertility; 2. Age >= 20 years; 3. Has undergone at least three cycles of IVF-ET fertility treatment; 4. Has basic reading and verbal communication skills; 5. Provides informed consent and voluntarily participates.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe chronic diseases, tumors, or physical activity disorders; 2. Having a history of mental illness; 3. Having experienced major life changes or traumatic events recently.
