Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for their first coronary angiography; 2. Aged >=18 years and <80 years, of any gender; 3. Able to fully understand the purpose and requirements of this trial, willing to participate in the clinical trial, and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing non-elective initial coronary angiography; 2. Those with atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, or other malignant arrhythmias; 3. Individuals with an arm circumference greater than 42 cm; 4. Those who have recently had uncontrolled stimuli such as caffeine, nicotine, or pain; 5. Patients with acute coronary syndrome or in an acute episode of heart failure; 6. Those with secondary hypertension, severe valvular disease, aortic disease, severe peripheral vascular stenosis or occlusion, or an upper limb with a dialysis fistula; 7. Patients with acute infection or severe trauma; 8. Those with other conditions that may affect hemodynamics or cause significant blood pressure variability.
