Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the CHB diagnostic criteria in the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B (2022 Update)"; 2. Complete clinical data; 3. Undergo liver biopsy with interpretable pathological results; 4. CHB disease course > 6 months; 5. Age > 18 years; 6. Undergo TE and serum marker testing; 7. Patients selected and their families agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received antiviral treatment in the past year; 2. Incomplete clinical data; 3. Combined with other liver diseases, such as alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver hepatitis, or autoimmune liver disease, and other viral hepatitis: hepatitis A, hepatitis E; 4. Suffering from metabolic diseases, severe neurological or cardiovascular, immune system diseases, etc., as well as tumors, etc.
