Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ADHD adolescents: 1. Chinese Han outpatients at 12-18 years old, who met DSM-5 and K-SADS-PL ADHD diagnostic criteria. 2. ADHD medication-naive; or had steady and sufficient dose of medication for at least 6 weeks, as well as the ADHD-RS scale reduction rate is less than 20% in the past 6 weeks (the reduction rate in the past 6 weeks = the total score of ADHD-RS before 6 weeks - the current total score of ADHD-RS before 6 weeks) / the total score of ADHD-RS before 6 weeks. 3. IQ>=90. 4. Had deficits in executive functions accessed by the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function (BRIEF) (had deviation to the BRIEF scale norm). 5. Both parents and adolescents signed informed consents. Healthy control: 1. Chinese Han outpatients at 12-18 years old, who were excluded from the diagnosis of mental disorders by DSM-5 and K-SADS-PL ADHD. 2.IQ>=90. 3.Had deficits in executive functions accessed by the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function (BRIEF) (had deviation to the BRIEF scale norm).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Excluded patients who had co-occurring hearing and vision disorders, other neurological, mental and physical diseases. 2. Excluded patients who had contraindications for MRI, such as claustrophobia, Meniere's disease, with pacemaker or metal implantation and so on. 3. Had attempted suicide in the last 3 months or are currently at significant risk of suicide. 4. IQ <90, illiterate, or unable to complete the scale test and training.
