Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older, with full civil capacity; 2.Patients scheduled for corneal transplantation due to corneal leukoma, or for corneal suturing due to corneal injury (such as laceration or perforation); 3.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe ocular infections (such as active corneal ulcer or fungal keratitis); 2.Patients with systemic autoimmune diseases, severe metabolic disorders, or other underlying conditions that may affect corneal pathological changes; 3.Patients with a history of systemic or topical medication use that may alter tear composition (such as corticosteroids or immunosuppressants); 4.Pregnant or lactating women.
