Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 16-75 years old, gender not limited. 2. Patients diagnosed with IgAN through renal biopsy during their hospitalization in our hospital. The pathological results need to be diagnosed jointly by two experienced pathologists. 3. GFR (EPI formula) =45 ml/min/1.73 m^2 4. All patients signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are severe primary diseases of the heart, brain, liver, hematopoietic system, etc. 2. Patients with secondary IgAN (such as purpura nephritis, hepatitis B-related nephritis, rheumatic diseases, etc.) and those with IgAN complicated with other kidney diseases; 3. Diabetes; 4. Patients who have recently been accompanied by severe infections or acute renal function impairment. 5. Patients who have used hormones and immunosuppressants in the past three months. 6. Pregnant and lactating women. Any of the following circumstances shall be excluded.
