Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years; 2.absence of absolute or relative contraindications to gastroscopy (suspected or confirmed gastrointestinal perforation, severe hemodynamic instability, recent myocardial infarction or unstable angina (within 6 months), severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or respiratory failure); 3.ability to understand and sign the informed consent form; 4.willingness to undergo unsedated gastroscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of upper gastrointestinal surgery; 2.(2) Known or suspected anatomical abnormalities of the pharynx or esophagus; 3.(3) Previous history of head and neck radiotherapy; 4.(4) Active upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 5.(5) Cervical spine pathology limiting neck extension; 6.(6) Pregnancy; 7.(7) Inability to cooperate with unsedated procedure. Exclusion criteria.
