Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-80 years, regardless of gender; 2.patients scheduled for elective intracranial arterial endovascular treatment; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification Grade II-IV; 4.written informed consent obtained from the patient or their legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to Propofol, Remifentanil, or inhalational anesthetics; 2.Comorbidity of other untreated intracranial lesions (e.g., aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations [AVMs], tumors); 3.Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 4.History of or suspected history of malignant hyperthermia (MH); 5.Pregnancy or lactation in females; 6.Patients with consciousness disturbance; 7.Patients unable to cooperate with follow-up completion.
