Interventions

Treatment group:Anti-NTM treatment + lung flute-assisted sputum clearance (used once in the morning and once in the afternoon daily, 20 sets per session, two blows per set)
Control Group:Anti-NTM treatment (without lung flute)

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with confirmed NTM pulmonary disease (MAC or Mycobacterium abscessus complex) and bronchiectasis on imaging, with or without COPD; 2. Able to adhere to standardized anti-NTM therapy; 3. Duration of current anti-NTM treatment <1 month at enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. NTM pulmonary disease co-infected with pulmonary tuberculosis; 3. Confirmed pulmonary infection with two or more NTM species simultaneously; 4. NTM pulmonary disease caused by species other than MAC or Mycobacterium abscessus complex; 5. Patients without bronchiectasis or with concomitant bronchial asthma; 6. Unable to formulate an effective anti-NTM treatment regimen; 7. Patients in the treatment group who decline or are unable to use the Lung Flute.
