Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1.Age =18 years; 2.Pathologically diagnosed as PDAC; 3.Received spectral CT examination within 1 week prior to treatment; 4.Received complete blood count within 1 week prior to treatment; 5.Available surgical or puncture pathological tissue sections. Control group: 1.Age =18 years; 2.Clinically or pathologically diagnosed as non-PDAC patients; 3.Received spectral CT examination within 1 week prior to treatment; 4.Received complete blood count examination within 1 week prior to treatment; 5.Clinically or pathologically diagnosed as non-PDAC patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of other malignant tumors; 2.Previous receipt of anti-PDAC treatments such as radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 3.Poor quality of CT images; 4.Incomplete clinical or pathological data.
