Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients: Patients who have undergone major abdominal surgery; Age =18 years old; Informed consent. Inclusion criteria for nurses: Possessing a valid professional qualification certificate; The working time in the postoperative monitoring ward shall be no less than 1 year. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients: Those with language communication disorders or abnormal mental behaviors; Those with severe organ dysfunction. Exclusion criteria for nurses: Department trainees and interns.
