20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women of reproductive age aged 20–35 years; 2. The PCOS group was diagnosed according to the Rotterdam criteria; 3. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with significant reproductive, endocrine, metabolic or immune disorders; 2. Patients with severe underlying diseases including cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal insufficiency, as well as hematologic and coagulation disorders; 3. Have used other medications recently; 4. Participants deemed ineligible by the investigators.
