Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have visited the sample hospital are aged between 18 and 99. 2. In-service physicians from sample hospitals, aged between 18 and 65.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were unable to express themselves fluently or refused to participate in the study were excluded. 2. Physicians who refused to participate in the study were excluded.
