Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a common sleep disorder characterized by repeated partial or complete collapse of the upper airway during sleep, leading to episodes of apnea or hypopnea. OSA not only affects sleep quality but is also closely associated with various serious complications, particularly hypertension. Studies indicate a bidirectional causal relationship between OSA and hypertension.
