Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 30-70 years old. 2. The duration of stroke ranged from 3 months to 1 year after onset, and the patients were in the rehabilitation period. 3. Patients with different degrees of gait disorder were screened according to Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment. 4. Patients with normal cognitive function, Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score >=24, able to understand the experimental process and cooperate to complete the relevant tasks. 5. Lower limb muscle strength: the muscle strength of the main muscle groups of the lower limbs (such as quadriceps femoris and gastrocnemius) was >=2 grade (0-5 grade evaluation standard). 6. Patients and their families signed the informed consent. This study was reviewed by the Ethics Committee of Ningbo Rehabilitation Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other cases that did not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2. Severe ataxia or significant balance disorder (Berg balance scale score <20). 3. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary diseases (such as cardiac insufficiency and respiratory dysfunction). 4. Recent history of lower extremity surgery or severe bone and joint disease. 5. Gait disorders caused by other nervous system diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, ALS). 6. Visual or hearing impairment seriously affected gait training.
