Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age and gender are not limited, patients with stage III and IV sacrococcygeal pressure injuries; 2.Patients undergoing stage I or II pedicle superior gluteal artery perforator flap repair after surgical debridement;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unable to cooperate with surgical flap surgery due to various cognitive impairments; 2.Patients who undergo surgical debridement and are repaired using other cutting methods such as V-Y propulsion, arch stone propulsion, or myocutaneous flap with the perforating branch of the superior gluteal artery as the pedicle; 3.Patients with incomplete clinical medical records or incomplete follow-up;
