Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be at least 18 years of age; 2. Hold a full-time university faculty position and be in the early career stage, defined as within 1 to 8 years of full-time faculty appointment and currently undergoing performance evaluations related to tenure/promotion decisions; 3. Self-reported significant research output pressure within the past 6 months, such as deadlines for paper publication, grant applications, or performance evaluations; 4. Willing and able to complete the 6-week intervention and pre/post-test assessments for this study; 5. Mentally alert, thinking normally, and capable of verbal communication; 6. Possess sufficient cognitive ability and Chinese literacy to complete questionnaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals currently experiencing psychotic symptoms or manic episodes; 2. Individuals identified during screening as being at high risk of suicide or currently harboring active self-harm intent; 3. Individuals with severe dissociative symptoms requiring specialized stabilization procedures; 4. Individuals who have initiated new psychotherapy or altered psychiatric medication within the past 4 weeks; this exclusion does not apply to stable, ongoing treatments unchanged during the study period; 5. Individuals unable to provide informed consent.
