50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis (OA); 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status I–II; 3.Planned unilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA); 4.Patients aged 50 to 80; 5.Voluntarily participate in this study, sign the informed consent form, and comply with all research requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe mental disorders, significant psychological symptoms, and impaired communication function; 2.Patients with poor preoperative glycemic control (fasting plasma glucose >8 mmol/L), severe renal insufficiency, severe hepatic insufficiency, history of peptic ulcer disease, and coagulation disorders; 3.Central and peripheral nervous system issues prevent completion of the postoperative rehabilitation program; 4.Alcohol and Drug Abuse; 5.Patients with multiple drug allergies; 6.During the study period, participants had undergone major knee surgery, revision surgery, or knee trauma.
