18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 80 years old; 2.Elective TKA surgery; 3.Undergo high-risk genetic testing for venous thromboembolism, including at least the detection of the SERPINC1 genotype. 4.Standard use of anticoagulant drugs after surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE); 2.Blood transfusion during or after surgery; 3.Blood disorders; 4.Surgical procedures in the past 3 months; 5.Menstrual periods or pregnancy; 6.History of malignancy.
