Gastric conditions / primarily focusing on preoperative anesthesia assessment for patients with a full stomach, evaluation of reduced gastric motility, abdominal distension, and the reduction of the risk of regurgitation and aspiration during anesthesia.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion Criteria for Participants:(1) Third-year residents in the standardized anesthesiology residency training program; (2) Participants who have performed at least 50 ultrasound-assisted or ultrasound-guided procedures; (3) No prior formal training in gastric ultrasonography; (4) Written informed consent obtained from all participants. 2.Inclusion Criteria for Volunteers (1) Classified as ASA Physical Status Class I (American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification System); (2) Male, aged 18–40 years, body weight 50–80 kg, height >=165 cm, and BMI 20–25 kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion Criteria for Trainees (1) Lack of willingness to participate; (2) Inability to attend training sessions as scheduled due to personal reasons; (3) Deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator (e.g., safety concerns or failure to meet protocol requirements). 2.Exclusion Criteria for Volunteers (1) History of thoracic or upper abdominal surgery; (2) Congenital anomalies of the upper gastrointestinal tract (e.g., hiatal hernia).
