Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 35–55 years, meeting the diagnostic criteria for presbyopia, with a primary complaint of difficulty with near vision or dependence on reading glasses. 2.Meeting the indications for LASIK surgery. 3.Corrected Distance Visual Acuity (CDVA) = 0.8 in both eyes. 4.Clear lens with no significant cataract or fundus pathology. 5.Clear postoperative visual improvement needs and willingness to undergo surgery, with signed informed consent provided.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of prior refractive surgery or other ocular surgery. 2.Presence of keratoconus, corneal scarring, significant dry eye, or insufficient corneal thickness. 3.Active ocular disease or severe systemic disease. 4.Pregnancy or lactation. 5.Significant binocular fusion dysfunction or intolerance to anisometropia. 6.Failure to discontinue contact lens wear as required prior to surgery (soft lenses>= 2 weeks; rigid gas permeable lenses >= 4 weeks).
