control group:Right stellate ganglion block with 3ml of saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sign the informed consent form; 2.Patients who are scheduled to undergo bipolar synchronous burst pulse therapy instrument ablation for pancreatic cancer 3.Age 18-75 years old; 4.ASA grade I-III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have contraindications to regional blockade techniques (allergic to local anesthetics, infected around the puncture site, those with coagulation disorders: such as PLT 1.5); 2. Those who have any cerebrovascular accident, such as stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA), within 3 months; 3. Patients with language communication disorders or psych; 4. Patients with severe bradycardia or II-III degree atrioventricular block; 5. Those who have contraindications to the study and other anesthetic drugs; Those who are determined/suspected of abusing anesthetic sedatives and analgesics; 6. Researchers who withdraw from the study on their own 7. Epilepsy patients;
