Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Glaucoma 1. Age>= 18 years, no gender restriction 2. Patients diagnosed with glaucoma by an ophthalmologist 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form Control group (pure age-related cataract) inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, any gender 2. Cataract patients diagnosed by an ophthalmologist 3. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases affecting the whole body; 2. Concurrent severe eye diseases; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Other situations deemed inappropriate by the researcher;
