18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18–45 years; no severe systemic comorbidities; willing and able to undergo routine follow-up during pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obstetric History: Prior history of uterine rupture before index surgery. 2. Medical Comorbidities: Medical complications that are clear contraindications to pregnancy. 3. Compliance: Unwillingness to cooperate with imaging follow-ups and pregnancy outcome tracking.
