Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The first confirmed case of colorectal cancer; 2.The patient has a clear pathological diagnosis; 3.The medical records are complete; 4.The patient has not received any anti-tumor treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or biological therapy; 5.Age >=18 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other malignant tumors; 2.Patients with autoimmune diseases; 3.Patients with mental disorders; 4.Patients who have received anti-tumor treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and biological therapy before the operation; 5.Patients who have not received ESD treatment; 6.Age <18 years old;
