Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>= 60 years old; 2. Those who have a local permanent residence, or those whose household registration is not in the local area but have resided there for more than one year; 3. Have a surviving son (daughter, son-in-law), and all sons (daughters, sons-in-law) have gone out to work or do business and have been away from the local township for more than 6 months; 4. Grandchildren aged 0-18 years old; 5. Currently serving as the main caregiver, and is currently raising at least one grandchild, and the caregiving period is >= 3 months; 6. Have clear consciousness and can verbally communicate and cooperate to complete the survey; 7. Are informed and consented to this study and voluntarily participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those whose household registration is in the local area but the elderly have moved to live elsewhere; 2. Those who request to withdraw halfway or withdraw unexpectedly; 3. Those with severe physical or mental illnesses.
