Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntary signing of informed consent; 2.Age 18 years old or above; 3.Gender not specified; 4.Have undergone axillary approach laparoscopy or traditional open surgery; 5.Postoperative pathology confirmed papillary thyroid carcinoma, and the risk of recurrence meets the American Thyroid Association (ATA) intermediate risk definition (including multifocality, number of cervical lymph node metastases =6, or minimal extrathyroidal extension mETE).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases where clinical diagnosis and treatment records, pathological reports, or key follow-up data are missing, making it impossible to evaluate recurrence indicators. 2.With a history of neck surgery, neck radiotherapy, or thyroid nodule ablation therapy; 3.Complicated with other malignant tumours of the head and neck. 4.Patients deemed unsuitable for participation by the researcher;
