Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years, regardless of gender; 2.Pathologically diagnosed as one of the top 15 high-risk solid tumors (lung cancer, colorectal cancer, thyroid cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, breast cancer, esophageal cancer, cervical cancer, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, nervous system tumor); 3.First time receiving tumor surgery; 4.The expected survival period is >=12 months. 5.Possessing normal cognitive abilities and able to complete questionnaires; 6.Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient suffers from sensory dysfunction. 2.Those who cannot cooperate to complete the follow-up; 3.Other situations that the researcher judges are not suitable for participation.

Incidence and severity of depressive symptoms 6 months after surgery in the top 15 patients with high incidence of solid tumors in China;

Incidence and severity of depression before surgery and at 3, 12, and 24 months after surgery;Incidence and severity of anxiety before surgery and at 3, 6, 12, and 24 months after surgery;Incidence and severity of pain before surgery and at 3, 6, 12, and 24 months after surgery;Comorbidities of depression, anxiety, and pain before surgery and at 3, 6, 12, and 24 months after surgery;Frailty before surgery and at 3, 6, 12, and 24 months after surgery;Sleep condition before surgery and at 3, 6, 12, and 24 months after surgery;Pain Catastrophizing Scale Score before surgery;Oncology outcomes (including tumor recurrence/metastasis, disease-free survival (DFS), overall survival (OS), etc.);Outcomes of surgery (including wound recovery, nausea, vomiting, and other complications);Effects of demographic characteristics (age, sex, education, marital status, economic status, social support, etc.) on patients’ outcomes such as depression, anxiety, pain, frailty, and prognosis;Effects of of tumor-related information (tumor type, clinical stage, pathological type, etc.) on patients’ outcomes such as depression, anxiety, pain, frailty, and prognosis;Effects of adjuvant therapy (preoperative neoadjuvant therapy, postoperative adjuvant therapy, etc.) on patients’ outcomes such as depression, anxiety, pain, frailty, and prognosis;Effects of perioperative data (anesthesia method, analgesic method, operation method, operation duration, intraoperative medication, perioperative physiological indicators, etc.) on patients’ outcomes such as depression, anxiety, pain, frailty and prognosis;Effects of of personal history (including smoking history, drinking history, physical activity, self-health assessment, etc.) on patients’ outcomes of depression, anxiety, pain, frailty, and prognosis;Effects of past medical history (including past history of tumor, history of psychiatric diseases, history of pain, comorbidities, etc.) on patients’ outcomes such as depression, anxiety, pain, frailty and
