Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Live-born neonates with a gestational age of less than 32 weeks; 2. Survival for more than 24 hours after birth; 3. Hospitalized in the neonatal/newborn intensive care units of four research centers from January 1, 2021; 4. Parents or legal guardians are able to maintain good communication with the researchers and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with major birth defects before or after birth, such as those with severe congenital heart disease, congenital lung structural or functional abnormalities, congenital chromosomal abnormalities, or hereditary metabolic diseases; 2. Judged by the researcher to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
