Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered operating room nurses (including those in standardized training programs) with =3 months of operating room experience but <2 years of total professional experience; 2. No serious physical illnesses or mental disorders other than post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); 3. Provision of a signed informed consent form to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Leaving the operating room job for >=2 weeks during the study period; 2. Simultaneously participating in other psychological intervention studies; 3. Occurrence of severe adverse reactions requiring emergency medical referral.
