18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 and =8 µg/mL, according to CLSI 2024 criteria); 4. Received durlobactam/sulbactam therapy for >=72 hours (patients who discontinued treatment or died due to clinical deterioration within 72 hours should have the specific reasons documented, included in safety analysis but excluded from efficacy analysis); 5. Complete clinical data available (including transplant type, post-transplant immunosuppressive regimen, infection site, CRAB susceptibility results, durlobactam/sulbactam dosage and treatment duration, efficacy evaluation indicators, laboratory test results, adverse reaction records, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Treatment duration of durlobactam/sulbactam =50% of key efficacy indicators, medication dosage or adverse reaction records); 3. Pregnant or lactating women.
