18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18–80 years; Endoscopically diagnosed with rectal LST; Agree to undergo both MPS and L-EUS before surgery; Agree to undergo surgical treatment and postoperative pathological examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory bowel disease; Advanced rectal cancer; Familial adenomatous polyposis; Recurrent or residual lesions after endoscopic treatment in the rectum; Severe dysfunction of vital organs (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys) or coagulation disorders making patient intolerant to endoscopy/surgery; Refusal to undergo endoscopic or surgical treatment.
