65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 65~85 years; BMI 18-30kg/m^2, American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status ? or ?; NYHA cardiac functional class I-II; elective abdominal surgery (gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, urinary system, gynecological surgery), estimated operation time 2 - 4 hours; MMSE score>18 points one day before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of mental and neurological disorders (such as cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia and depression, etc.), long-term oral sedation, anti-anxiety and other drugs; severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system diseases, severe respiratory system diseases, recent upper respiratory tract infection, severe lung function damage, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; recent history of drug use of remimazolam or propofol; allergy history and contraindications of related drugs; alcohol or drug abuse within 3 months; Surgery time 4 hours, unplanned transfer to ICU.
