Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children with aplastic anemia and two or more high-risk factors for heart damage; 2. Age: 1-18 years old, gender not limited; 3.There are suitable haploidentical donors available; 4. No uncontrolled current infections (new infections, body temperature still above 38 ° C after 72 hours of broad-spectrum antibiotics, excluding other non infectious factors);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor compliance of patients or family members; 2.The supplier has application mobilization agents and/or collection taboos;
