Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients admitted to our department for inpatient treatment with a confirmed diagnosis of intestinal obstruction; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Complete clinical data records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2. Those who discharged themselves or were transferred within 24 hours of admission, rendering primary outcome assessment unfeasible; 3. Individuals undergoing surgical intervention within 30 days; 4. Cases with missing clinical records.
