Overweight and obese population

Interventions

In-phase stimulation group:Apply in-phase tACS stimulation to the dlPFC and vmPFC.
Anti-phase stimulation group:Apply anti-phase tACS stimulation to the dlPFC and vmPFC.
Sham stimulation group:Apply sham stimulation to the dlPFC and vmPFC.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 25 kg/m^2; 2. Right hand; 3. Age> 18 years old; 4. People who intend to lose weight; 5. No history of seizures and family history of epilepsy; 6. No history of serious physical diseases, neurological or psychiatric diseases and family history (such as migraine, depression, schizophrenia, etc.); 7. No recent medication, especially psychotropic drugs (such as sleeping pills); 8. No implants in the body (such as pacemakers, etc.); 9. Have not had a loss of consciousness for more than 5 minutes since birth (with the exception of sleeping pills and anesthesia for non-head surgery); 10. No head injury or head surgery (especially craniotomy), no wound or skin disease on the head at present.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Left hand; 2. Have any neurological diseases, including but not limited to epilepsy, migraine, multiple sclerosis, movement disorders or history of severe head trauma, central nervous system tumors, etc.; 3. Recently taking drugs that act on the nervous system; 4. Skin lesions or large scars on the head (the part covered by hair); 5. Pregnant and lactating women.
