Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Undergoing open-chest heart surgery under general anesthesia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute respiratory distress syndrome; 2. Abnormal brain function; 3. Difficult airway; 4. Interstitial pneumonia; 5. Age >= 80 years old.
