Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults >=18 years; 2. All teeth from the upper left and right canines to the second molars.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic diseases or syndromes affecting hard/soft tissues (e.g., Sjögren’s syndrome, diabetes); 2.CBCT evidence of pathology (e.g., supernumerary or congenitally missing teeth, maxillary lesions including tumor, cyst and osteosarcoma); 3.history of dental trauma or maxillary surgery, or previous palatal soft-tissue surgery (e.g., cleft-lip/palate repair); 4.motion or other pronounced artifacts on CBCT; 5. Patients who have been taking antiepileptic drugs, immunosuppressants, and other medications affecting periodontal tissue health for half a year; 6.long-term wear of removable dentures; 7.Those with a history of oral radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 8.There is a defect in the maxillary dentition.
