Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male gout patients who were hospitalized for treatment at Chengdu Rheumatism Hospital from March 25, 2026 to December 17, 2026 were consecutively included. 2.It meets the classification criteria for gout as defined by the American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism (ACR/EULAR). 3.Male; 4.Age >= 18 years old; 5.Length of hospital stay > 24 hours; 6.The medical record is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Admitted to the hospital due to non-gouty arthritis or non-rheumatic diseases; 2.Hospitalization period less than 24 hours or incomplete clinical data; 3.In cases of severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, where the patient is unable to cooperate in completing the frailty assessment;
