Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients aged 65 years and above who underwent hip fracture surgery at Beijing Jishuitan Hospital between January 2022 and December 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who did not undergo surgery after admission. 2. Age < 65 years. 3. Non-first-time admission. 4. Patients with periprosthetic fractures. 5. Patients who underwent other procedures during anesthesia. 6. Hip fracture patients admitted to the ICU preoperatively or with incomplete preoperative laboratory data were excluded.
